Cogito, is a work born from the "Granoll-Orgue XXI" project, where it is about exploring the capabilities of the modern organ Josep Maria Ruera of Sant Esteve de Granollers. This work represents an intimate and reflective soliloquy that tries to induce us in our own mind, from slow motives and great harmonic colors, we must abandon ourselves, letting ourselves be guided by what we hear and feel. For the interpretation of this piece, the interpreter must follow indications that do not respond to real effects in the music, but rather highlight the intimate and personal value of the work. Rests with accents and dynamics or vibratos in long values are some of the indications that respond to these extra-musical values.
